We want every Ironroot set to earn its place. If it is not right, here is how returns, damage and refunds work.
0130-day returns
- Return any unused set in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- The buyer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the price of the goods to your original payment method.
02Transit damage or missing parts
- If your set arrives damaged in transit or with missing parts, contact us within 14 days with unboxing photos.
- We will send a free replacement or replacement parts, or issue a full refund — your choice. You do not pay return shipping for our error.
03Assembled or modified goods
Sets that have been assembled, drilled, cut, painted or otherwise modified are handled case by case. We may offer a partial refund reflecting the reduced resale condition, in line with your statutory rights.
04How refunds are paid
- Refunds are returned via Stripe to the original card or payment method.
- Refunds are issued in USD, the currency of your order. Your bank sets any conversion rate on refund.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear after we process it.
05Memberships
You can cancel a Club or Trade membership at any time from your Stripe customer portal link; cancellation stops the next renewal. Membership fees already billed for the current period are non-refundable, as benefits apply during that period.

07Your statutory rights
Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the consumer law of England and Wales. To start a return or a claim, email support@profabser.shop with your order number.
