Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship worldwide to the delivery countries offered at checkout. All orders are priced and charged in USD, wherever you are.

• Standard shipping is a flat $12 per order.
• Standard shipping is included for Ironroot Club and Trade members.
• The exact shipping charge is confirmed at checkout before payment.

• In-stock sets are dispatched within 2-4 business days. Trade members receive priority dispatch.
• Typical delivery is 5-10 business days depending on destination; remote areas may take longer.
• You receive tracking by email once your order is dispatched.

We ship with established parcel and freight carriers appropriate to the destination and set size. Your name, delivery address and phone number are shared with the carrier solely to complete delivery.

For deliveries outside the origin country, any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in the price or shipping fee.
