These Terms govern your use of profabser.shop and your purchase of goods from Ironroot, operated by PROSTEELS FABRICATION SERVICES LTD. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

02Products and pricing
- We sell finished, powder-coated steel home and garden goods as flat-pack sets.
- All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include the price of the goods. Shipping is shown at checkout.
- We may update prices and the range at any time; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
03Product Safety & Use (important)
- Our products are for home and garden storage, organisation and display only.
- They must not be used for load-bearing purposes, to support building structure, or for human hanging or climbing.
- Do not exceed the load rating printed on each product page; overloading is at your own risk.
- Assembly involves metal edges — wear gloves and follow the printed guide.
- Tall or floor-standing sets must be anchored against tipping, especially in homes with children.
- Outdoor sets must be maintained per the care guide to resist rust. Finishes reduce, but do not eliminate, corrosion over time.
- The "Log & Kindling Store" is for storage only and has no ignition or burning function.
04Orders and payment
- An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. Payment is taken securely by Stripe.
- Memberships (Club and Trade) are recurring subscriptions billed in USD until cancelled. Benefits do not roll over and there are no points or stored value.
05Delivery, returns and refunds

06Acceptable use and restricted items
Our range excludes weapons, blades and any ignition or open-flame equipment. Please review our Acceptable Use Policy for the full boundary.
07Minors
The store is intended for adults. Customers under 13 may not use the store; customers aged 13-17 must have a parent or guardian's consent to place an order.
08Liability
We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability for a product is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for misuse, overloading, or use outside the intended purpose set out in section 03.
09Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts.
